Day 1: Arrive Kochi
As you arrive at Kochi Airport on the first day of your Kumarakom- Alappuzha Tour the amiable team of we await to take you to a hotel. There is an overnight halt at Kochi.
Day 02: In Kochi
The next day enjoy the delightful serving of breakfast in the morning. After breakfas t our trained guide takes you out on a tour to the fascinating attractions of this historical town. Kochi bears a history of many centuries since the times of the Kulasekhara Empire. Besides, this city was the first site in India for European colonial settlement by the Portuguese in 1503. Several relics of its old days still stand tall as major attractions of the city and visiting them is a major constituent of Kerala Tour. Our guides will take you to places such as Jewish Synagogue, Fort Kochi and Spice markets, which will consume the best part of your day in Kochi. Overnight stay is scheduled here.
Day 03: Kochi – Kumarakom
Day 3 in this Kerala itinerary begins with a drive to Kumarakom. Kumarakom is one of the most beautiful places in Kerala formed by a cluster of small islands on the Vembanad Lake. Here you get to spend the day at leisure as you check- in to the backwater resort, which brings you, up-close to the beautiful backwaters of Kerala. In the evening enjoy a pleasure trip to the Bird Sanctuary. An overnight stay is scheduled in Kumarakom. You can also enjoy the rejuvenating experience of traditional Ayurvedic Message at the resort.
Day 04: In Kumarakom
Enjoy the day in the backwater resort at leisure surrounded by the serene beauty of the Kerala backwaters. This will make your day here memorable. Also enjoy an overnight stay in the beautiful resort at Kumarakom.
Day 05: Kumarakom – Periyar
After breakfast, on day 5, the our itinerary takes you to Periyar. Check-in to a hotel on arrival. Friendly guides will take you on a tour to the famous spice plantation area and then a fantastic boat ride on Lake Periyar. At the Lake Periyar, which is one of the few Perenial rivers of Kerala, you can enjoy the rich flora and fauna surrounding it. Overnight stay at Periyar is scheduled as per the itinerary.
Day 06: Periyar – Kochi
Spend your final day of this itinerary with a pleasant boat ride on the Periyar Lake, a major attraction for those on India Tour. Explore the rich wildlife habitats around the lake. Later in the day we arranges for your airport transfers, whereby you can catch your flight to the Kochi airport to your home.
